I recently came out of a 6 month long depressive episode which ended with a suicide attempt. Luckily I'm alive and I feel another episode kicking in. It's been only a month since I tried killing myself and I don't want to die. I want to end this episode before it turns bad. Please help me. Whatever money will be left will be used for therapy.
