My Travel Story

This fall, I am studying in Cuba with the Autonomous University of Social Movements to learn about the history of social movements in Latin America. In a time of great social injustice, I want to take what I learn with AUSM and bring it back to the United States so that I can be a better activist and organizer in my own communities.

In order to study abroad in Cuba, I need to raise $6000 (or more!) in the next two months. All of my donors will hear back from me, since I want to show how thankful I am that you are investing in today's young leaders. That's why if you donate $10 - $100, I will send you a thank you email. If you donate $100 - $300, I will send you a postcard drawn by me! If you donate $300 - $500, I will write you an original song with your name in it.
