My Travel Story

Hello Everyone! My name is Samara Duerr and this Summer I was offered an unpaid internship with the esteemed Yonsei University and the corporate company Tantankorea. My internship will focus on helping Chinese speakers learn Korean. My job will mostly consist of making short videos for Korean learners in China and producing content to be uploaded on SNS channels. Importantly, I have a deep love and passion for learning about foreign languages and cultures and will also begin studying Korean while I'm there! As I am double majoring in International Studies and Chinese at Emory University, I believe this is a perfect opportunity for me! It will allow me to gain professional work experience abroad, build international relationships, and improve my foreign language skills in both Chinese and Korean!
