Hii! 

My name is Catalina Perez de Arminan, and I am a student at Miami Dade Honors College. I am currently studying Journalism, and taking courses in Psychology. 

Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of becoming a journalist. There is nothing as beautiful as seeing, or feeling something and being able to fully describe it on paper, allowing someone else to imagine just exactly how it occurred.

This trip will not only be something unique to write about, but also an experience that will help me reach my goal of becoming a journalist, since the study abroad program is for a class very much related to my major.

I have already been accepted to this program, but I just need a little bit of help funding it! With your help, I will be able to travel to a continent I have never been to before, and will be exposed to endless learning and growth!
