My Travel Story

My name is Richardson, a 33-year-old from Sri Lanka. Eight years ago, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor that changed my entire life. After several treatments and surgery, I lost my physical strength and have been unable to walk for many years. I have spent over four years living in cancer care centers, as my family struggles with poverty and cannot afford a home.
 
My elderly father, mentally unwell mother, and siblings have supported me as much as they can. My younger brother, who is married with two children, is the only source of income for the family. Despite everything, I have never lost hope.
 
Today, my biggest dream is to start walking again, to live with my family in peace, and to spread hope to others who are suffering from cancer. I want to visit children and cancer patients to bring them smiles, love, and courage — to show them that even after pain, life can still shine with purpose.
 
I am currently trying to raise funds to rebuild my life, buy a small house for my family, and start a simple online business to become independent. Every bit of support, love, and kindness means the world to me.
