My trip to israel will enhence my skills as a chef, and also give back to a young chef who is disadvantaged through mentoring and sharing of skills. I'm so passionate for this project because as a chef there are broader opportunities within the industry and growing up under an abusive atmosphere kept me pushing to do better, i choose israel mainly because my clan is from israel the lemba clan, and i never had the chance to explore the beauty of my mother land. And i want to be a figure of my fellow africans and assure them that everything is possible.
