My Travel Story

Help me travel to study abroad for three weeks in the distinct region of Catalonia, Spain! As part of this program, I will explore the Costa Brava, the foothills of the Pyrenees, the Delta of the River Ebro, and the historic cities of Tarragona and Barcelona.

This trip is particularly exciting because it is the final course I need to complete my undergraduate degree in Applied Linguistics at PSU! Additionally, I will have the incredible opportunity to partner with Plastic Oceans International (POI) and the Creative Emerging Technology Institute (CETI) to advocate for environmental sustainability through creative projects. Through this collaboration, I will address climate change and learn firsthand about local efforts to protect the environment.

Beyond academics, this experience holds deep personal significance as I begin my journey into an accelerated master’s program. It will give me the chance to immerse myself in a new culture, meet incredible people, and create experiences that will shape my future, who I am, and who I want to become.

    Hi everyone! I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who has already donated to my fundraiser. Your generosity and support mean the world to me, and I’m incredibly grateful for every contribution that’s helping make this dream a reality!

    As I prepare for my study abroad experience in Spain, I’m getting more and more excited about the incredible opportunities ahead—immersing myself in the language, culture, and history while furthering my studies. Every dollar truly makes a difference, and to put it into perspective: just $20 covers a full day of food!
