Healthcare is on forefront of COVID, especially nursing homes, and because of this burnout and well managed facilities are hard to find. I am looking for a place to set roots in and continue my healthcare profession. My hometown and current selection of jobs isn't great, and I don't have a good selection. Everybody in the town goes from facility to facility and you are treated the same. I want out of the cycle and to find my passion to help others again.
