I've struggled with rare disease since I was 10 years old, it has really created a barrier to my experiences throughout life. I was then diagnosed with another rare disease, this time my heart. It's structural, and could have the chance of never getting more serious, but it made me start thinking that I want to be able to do and experience more with others and in the world. I want to be able to help peopl, see things, experience different cultures, travel out of the US. My family and health are finally at a stage where I'm able to do this, and I'm definitely not going to wait
