My Travel Story

Jeri has always wanted to visit Scotland. She had planned on going to Scotland and Ireland when Jana turned 16, but, unfortunately, that trip never occurred because Jeri's sister, Libby, was ill with cancer, and she was helping to care for her and her family. Jeri then made travel for her children and her nephews a priority. She encouraged her children and nephews to travel and has taken them on college visits, traveled around the country for her children and nephews' university parent weekends, and traveled to all of their college graduations. She has traveled to London and Paris to support her nephew's marching band and traveled to the Pacific Northwest Coast to support her nephew's non-profit organization. Jeri has traveled from Houston to Dallas and Houston to Austin to care for her grandchildren. Travel has always been a part of Jeri's life, but she is often travelling for others. For her 70th birthday, the travel is going to focus on her and what she is excited to see in Scotland.
