My Travel Story

by: Lindsey Massara Start Date: Oct 21, 2024 - End Date: Jan 13, 2025
Hello everyone!

I’m excited to share that I’ve been given a life-changing opportunity to volunteer in Tanzania, where I’ll be working directly with children to provide care, education, and emotional support. Many of these children face significant challenges, including limited access to resources, early education, and essential care. My goal is to contribute my time, skills, and energy to ensure these kids feel valued, supported, and empowered to dream big.

This trip is more than just travel—it’s about making a real impact. I’ll be volunteering at local childcare centers, helping children with basic learning activities, facilitating play that nurtures development, and offering the love and encouragement every child deserves. By fostering a positive environment, I hope to inspire young minds, spark joy, and create lasting connections.

While I’m ready to give my all on the ground, I need your help to get there! Your donation will directly support the costs of travel, accommodation, supplies for the children, and program fees that make this mission possible. Every contribution, big or small, brings me closer to helping these children grow, learn, and thrive.

Where Your Support Goes:
Travel & Accommodation: Ensuring I can be present and ready to serve.
Program Fees: Supporting the childcare centers and volunteer organization.
Supplies & Activities for the Kids: Educational tools, games, and daily essentials.

This experience will not only touch the lives of the children I meet but will also transform me as I bring back everything I learn to continue my work in education and youth development. Your support means the world to me and these children.

Thank you for believing in me and in this mission. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this campaign with your friends and family would mean just as much.

With gratitude,
Lindsey
