Family & Friends,
The wildlife sanctuary located in Hartbeespoort, South Africa is home to numerous orphaned and injured animals including elephants, lions, cheetahs, zebras and many more. With your help I will be able to work as a volunteer for three full weeks offering nurturing care with the aim to rehabilitate these animals back into the wild. Each day I will be responsible for preparing food & feeding, cleaning enclosures, building, expanding & repairing enclosures and nursing sick animals back to health.

As a soon to be Animal Science / Wildlife Biology college graduate, this trip will not only further expand my education but it will also provide me with an experience of a lifetime that I will be able to utilize in my future career. Most importantly, I am in hopes that I will be able to make a difference and ensure the welfare of each animal at the sanctuary!
