My Travel Story

Sport has always played a key role in my life, being an aspect that I particularly excel at, hiking is a passion I have developed through DofE expeditions, however, I strive for a more challenging experience where I can simultaneously help disadvantaged individuals and explore the fascinating culture. I am planning on studying sport and exercise at uni starting in October this year and I am motivated to do something meaningful in my long summer break. I think that this experience will particularly help me grow as an individual and as a sports scientist. While I don't particularly have to do a sports-oriented volunteer program, I have studied ecology, psychology and sports science and no matter where I go, I feel as though I can make an impact, and am willing to do whatever it takes to volunteer and help wherever is needed.
