My Travel Story

Hi! I'm a junior in college wanting to go on the trip of a life time! I have the opportunity to go on a semester at sea and see the world while taking classes that go towards my degree. As a history major, being able to explore historic places in person is a huge advantage and will help broaden my knowledge. Being able to say I've been around the world will greatly help my studies and my future career opportunities, since having world travel is a great resume boost. I was given the opportunity in high school to spend a week in Spain and Portugal during the spring break of my senior year, where I got to see historic churches, museums, and the beautiful city streets. It was one of the best experiences in my life! To be able to do that again in college for a whole semester would be a dream come true! My family and I are not rich by any means, so any help I can get is greatly appreciated. I don't drink, do drugs, or party, so this trip would purely be for academics and experiencing real global cultures in their native countries. All funds earned will go towards paying for the trip and any extra expenses. All spending money will come from my own pockets, so no need to worry about anything going to waste.
