My Travel Story

I have officially been accepted to an Abroad Internship Program in Dublin, Ireland. The primary focus of my internship will be to work with numerous NGO's, which are non-government related organizations, that work independently to make a global difference in communities. 

For my internship, I will be leaving from Ontario, Canada and traveling to Ireland for a full fall semester abroad. When I began looking into the internship content, I immediately fell in love with the work they were doing and wanted to be an active part of it. My future aspirations are to continue on to law school, to pursue Civil Rights, which is always something I have been an advocate for. Ireland has also been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. But to have the opportunity to not only spend numerous months there and to know I will be working as an active leader for change and growth, truly exceptional. 

This internship means more to me than I could describe or even put into words. This opportunity is also something I do not take lightly, the contingency in front of me is my stepping stone to changing as many lives as possible and bringing global regrowth.
