I hail from a small city in India, and studying abroad in the UK on a full tuition scholarship meant living my dream. Without the funds I received for my tuition fees, I would have been unable to seek this valuable international experience, and without funds now I will be unable to seek further international experience, also. Despite a prestigious scholarship and a degree from the same country I want to work in I am unemployed, predominantly owing to the economic crisis of the coronavirus pandemic. Teaching English as a foreign language would be a very personally and professionally fulfilling experience to me given the internationalisation of higher education and given the dominance of English in an increasingly global world. I want so much to change the lives of people by enabling access, opportunity and inclusion in education and employment to people whom proficiency in English would benefit greatly. Your donation towards my funds would mean the world to me - I would be eternally thankful for your help and will always cherish the opportunity to have gained this TEFL experience, which without you would not have been possible.
