My Travel Story

In 2020 I lost my job as a travel agent, and when in 2021 I was aimless, I suddenly met a group of wonderful people who invited me to the Mexican Day of the Dead celebration (Día de Muertos), in Madrid, Spain. From that day, everything changed... 

I started reading about their roots, the indigenous peoples of Mexico, pre-Columbian civilizations, Mayan culture... I felt that life could offer me something more than what I already knew; and that I could also contribute with my expertise, sensitivity and empathy.

Travelling to Mexico on Día de Muertos became my dream. I somehow trust this will be the starting point for my new life...

I really want to take advantage of this sign and opportunity that has appeared in front of me.

En 2020 perdí mi trabajo como agente de viajes, y cuando en 2021 estaba yo misma perdida y sin rumbo, de pronto conocí a un grupo de personas maravillosas que me invitaron a la celebración del Día de Muertos mexicana, en Madrid, España. A partir de ese día, todo cambió...

Empecé a leer sobre sus raíces, sobre los pueblos indígenas de México, las civilizaciones precolombinas, la cultura maya... Sentí que la vida me podía ofrecer algo más de lo que ya conocía; y que yo también podría aportar mi experiencia, sensibilidad y empatía.

Viajar a México para vivir Día de Muertos se convirtió en mi sueño. De alguna manera confío en que este será el punto de partida para mi nueva vida...

De verdad quiero aprovechar esta señal y oportunidad que ha aparecido frente a mí.
