I'm an American, my daughter was born in the Philippines. Been able to visit her at least 5 times during her years of growing up. Have never been able to visit for her birthday ever. Income lately has been slim, and my daughter's wish for her 18th birthday is for her dad and his wife to travel to the Philippines to be with her for the first time for her special day to have much needed father and daughter time together. I told her to never give up on wishes coming true.
