My wife is from South Africa. She and her immediate famliy moved here in the year 2000, at a vulnerable age of 15. She is the first grandchild in the family so there is a close relationship with the grandparents still in South Africa. The grandparents are starting to sadly deteriorate, and I would love to be able to provide a trip there for my wife because we are expecting our first child. It would mean absolutely the world for my wife's grandmother to hold the first child of her first grandchild. They miss each other terribly, and we are not sure when the next chance to go there will be. We wanted to allow them to share that moment before they sadly pass away.
