My Travel Story

Hello my name is Scarlett,

    My first year of college was spent online during the pandemic. I believe many individuals can agree that it has been difficult to be creative and enthusiastic. But know it is a time for a change, somewhere that ignites my passion further.

    What better place to broaden my knowledge of culture, architecture, and art history than Europe? I believe it is critical for everybody, regardless of their profession, to gain multiple perspectives from other people, places, and things. I intend to do a one-year interior design certificate program at one of the three locations I've mentioned. I am currently doing thorough research into an accredited school but will be applying within the next month.  Because of my ancestors, I've always had a great attachment to Europe. After finishing my studies, I aim to travel and gain a different perspective than that of a teacher. I'd like to learn from the community and gain firsthand experience. 

I am currently learning drafting 2D and 3D at my local college, improving my english, improving my drawing skills. Next step is learning more art history, focusing on specific interior design categories like (lighting, color theory, etc), Learn Italian, and continue with drafting. 

I hope to save some of my own money but I have to put priorities on my studies. Any help I can get is much appreciated, I am very grateful.
