In August, I will be going to Costa Rica to provide medical care to the homeless, poor, and elderly. I want to do more for not only my community, but every community in need. I will be gaining amazing and invaluable experience in healthcare as well as improve my skills for my future nursing career. I will also be provided the opportunity to improve my Spanish speaking skills in medical vocabulary and communication. I am determined to be the best nurse I can possibly be and help as many people as I can.
