My aunt, Armanel has been the unsung hero of our family for as long as I can remember. A legal secretary at the Office of the Public Defenders for over 42 years, she has dedicated herself to her work with unwavering commitment and unmatched integrity. Despite facing her own challenges, she has always been the pillar of strength and kindness for everyone around her.

Recently, life threw us some unexpected curveballs. We endured the loss of my beloved mother, her sister, and my grandmother her mom, leaving a void in our hearts that can never be filled. Amidst the grief and upheaval, my aunt received some distressing news of her own, a health challenge that she courageously faces with grace and resilience.

Throughout it all, she has never once complained or sought attention for herself. Instead, she continues to be a source of love and support, especially for her son who battles with mental illness. Her selflessness knows no bounds, but now, I believe it's time for her to receive the care and kindness she so freely gives to others.
