My Travel Story

Hi, I'm Avery, a 16-year-old who always has had a passion for animals and wildlife. Ever since I was little, I've been fascinated by Costa Rica's unique wildlife, especially the sloths, whose surprisingly mysterious lives fascinated me. As I got older, I also came to appreciate the history and culture of Central America, as well as gaining proficiency in the Spanish language. This summer, I hope to go to a wildlife rescue in Costa Rica where I can contribute to conservation efforts and take care of animals, as well as broaden my cultural knowledge and expand my mind.
