Hello My name is Chevania 
I'm a woman who's always been passionate about the combined idea of Love and Community. I've been serving my hometown in New York for as long as I could speak. From fundraisers to community out-reach programs. Donating wardrobes and hair/skincare assistance/  Food&Supply Pantries/ Aid to the Homeless/ Back- to - School Drives and everything around and in between. I've used all personal talents/abilites assets and resources to give-back in any way I could. This trip would mean the world to me because, I'd be afforded the opportunity to take the first vacation I've had in over 15 years. Re-centering myself inorder to come back even stronger for the community I serve daily.
I'm excited for the inspiration, wisdom, knowledge and resources I'll bring home through travel. As a designer, The destination I've chosen for this trip, not only, would provide me with the tools to develop myself but also my career as this would mainly be an Educational/ Research trip. The possibility to better pour into other communities around the world is a window I'm looking forward to this trip creating for my journey.
