I'm a wilderness babe from the heart of Alaska, relocated to the beautiful southwest region of New Mexico. I currently study full time at  a local community college in the field of business management and looking to apply my environmental studies abroad in beautiful New Zealand. I am choosing to study and apply myself to volunteer in the agricultural department in this country, as I feel it will help tremendously, when I apply what I have learned, upon arrival back home to New Mexico.  I care about our food, water and nature conservation. The world  we grew up in is very different than the world we shall leave for our children and I hope with your small contribution, I can help rebuild and support our local community with the skills and knowledge I shall learn on this journey.
