I enjoy helping others from a dept of my heart because a little act of kindness can make a big difference in someone's life. When I get to help, in ways large or small, I feel more connected to the world. That sense of connection provides satisfaction.
I chosed Liberia because over the years the poverty rate has increased. Bad road network, lack of water and electricity. people are living in adject poverty.
Growing up till now, whenever I see a person in need I'm also willing to help even if it isn't much. Helping others is like a calling upon my life because with so much compassion in my heart I serve the needy passionately.
I know what it also means to have nothing and no one to turn to. So, being of help others in need does not only bring me joy but also make me feel more productive and give more meaning to the life that I live. For me it's an accomplishment.
