My Travel Story

As a child, I wanted to visit France, Paris. Ah, Paris! I imagine people of simple elegance. There are girls with berets on their heads, in colors like red as poppy, gray like bat, black like ebony, all kinds of colors. I see people in coats giving a touch of sophistication to their story-laden face. Everyone walks the streets that inspire color, they love colors. Spring with trees and grass of green and lively shades giving back exactly the spirit of rebirth that makes me more alive. Autumn with colorful leaves in warm shades: ocher, golden yellow, orange, bright red. All in a quieter background that makes me think more. Be it winter with snow that is bright white, a non-color that says a lot, gives magic as simple as it is, says magic. I dreamed of walking the streets telling a story regardless of the season and listening to the lyrics of the troubadours. I am from another era but my soul is attached to art from another era. To go to bookstores and meet verses from Voltaire, La Fontaine and the universes of Schmitt, Antoine de Saint Exupery and so on. Even reading has more charm in Paris.

I also dreamed of a picnic taken in a park feeling the pulse of the city loaded with tourists during the day and lit up in the evening. I would eat everything specific to a French meal. Cream cheese, a fruit tart, you'll munch on them with pleasure. Then an espresso would complete the whole picnic! And it would be interesting to discover new specialties. For example, I've heard of Jerusalem artichoke that smells worse than toothpaste but it's such a different kind that it's worth a try.

And of course the long walks would be indispensable for my dream trip to different objectives.

The Eiffel Tower, a symbol of Paris! Romantic and mysterious! What I would like to see the whole city from above, to dine at a restaurant and admire the whole landscape. I would feel much stronger emotions seeing the whole show take place LIVE under my eyes. Pure magic
