KENYA, KOCHIA VILLAGE - ACTIVITY CENTER - Martial Arts
My Travel Story
Hi! We are a group of four people from Sweden in the ages 19-25 who have volunteered to go and work in the beautiful rural village of Kochia in Kenya. It is located in Western Kenya near Homa Bay and Lake Victoria. We will work on their small farm, learn traditional house building techniques, learn about the local Luo culture and teach classes/workshops to the children.
We have an idea to build a small and fun acitvity place for the children and adults when we arrive. As two of our group members are thaiboxing trainers we are would like to donate some thaiboxing equipment (Boxing gloves, punching bags" and hats to protect from the sun to the village.
Because we are not able to pay for the production of the equipment ourselves, We would be very thankful of every donation!
