My Travel Story

My school has partnered up with Kikaaya College in Uganda. It is the 'trip of a lifetime' (As people have said before). We have been linked with Kikaaya College for 11 years now and carry out a pen pal scheme and curriculum with them.
It's core ideals are to:
  • To provide practical vocational skills to the trainees to make them self reliant in the future.
  • It was to act as a centre or model school for entrepreneurship & development.
It is our priority to ensure all projects we undertake are requested, necessary and will be maintained by the school and its surrounding community. We listen to the link school's needs and requests and match those needs with the funds that the UK participants think they can raise.

The school has contracted professional trip provider, Inspire Worldwide to run the trip. Inspire specialise in linking UK organisations with rural communities in Africa and Asia, supporting and managing visits for teams to work alongside these partners.
