My Travel Story

Hello, my name is Elita Ruiz. I am 76 years old and a retired teacher. My husband was also a teacher, his name was Pablo Del Águila Reátegui. I am now a widow because my husband passed away on March 17, 2023. I now know what it's like to be a widow, to be alone, experiencing silence and solitude. I had 3 daughters. Out of the three, one passed away in 2019 due to cancer. Now I have only 2 daughters. One of my daughters lives in Spain and cannot leave because she doesn't have the necessary documents, and my second daughter lives in the city of Huánuco. The reason for this narrative is to reach the hearts of all those who can help me because I want to travel. I want to go to the city of Huánuco to see my daughter, I want to spend Christmas and New Year with her. As a retired teacher, my pension is very little and not enough to afford the luxury of traveling and exploring. I need to travel to ease my mind and the pain in my heart. I want to travel, I want to enjoy.

These might be the last years of my life, but I need money to be able to leave and travel with my granddaughter. I appeal to your kind hearts to assist me with the expenses of my trip and the plane tickets.
