I chanced upon buigiri village for the blind while visiting an orphanage in Tanzania, I was shocked to learn that the village made up of 14 couples and families were all blind or partially blind and even 60% of their children are blind/partially blind as well. I was moved with their condition and want to make a difference in their living conditions as well as star a project that would see then able to fend for themselves. This is a long journey because they have no power, no mattresses to sleep on and solely rely on alms Freon well wishers . It is my desire to make a difference in their lives and have them able to fend for themselves as well as have good living conditions.
