My Travel Story

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

I am reaching out to invite you to join me in making a difference in the lives of underserved youth in Ghana. This July 2025, I will be traveling to Ghana- Accra, to support the Brianadet Soccer Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through soccer and education.

The foundation, established in 2016 by two passionate friends, serves over 150 children and youth in underprivileged communities in Accra, Ghana. Its mission is to provide soccer training, organized sports opportunities, and educational support to empower young people and create brighter futures.

As someone born in Ghana and working as a youth soccer coach in the U.S., I have firsthand insight into the transformative power of sports. I joined the organization in 2019 and have since traveled to Ghana annually to volunteer as a coach, mentor, and educator. Each year, I also donate soccer equipment—some purchased with my funds and others generously donated by supporters.

Why I Need Your Support

I have personally funded these trips and equipment donations for the past five years. However, the growing costs have made it challenging to sustain this effort alone. I am seeking your support to help cover the total costs for this trip, amounting to $6,000, which includes:

Travel Costs: Flights, accommodations, and local transportation.
Shipping Costs: Transporting soccer equipment donations, including cleats, jerseys, balls, and other essential gear for the kids.
