My Travel Story

I am 21-year-old living independently for several years, which have become my outlets for self-expression and healing, to make this transformative journey.  Due to a mental disorder, I am unable to work a regular job, which makes my journey challenging. I’ve been growing up in a deeply traumatizing family, I was institutionalized. For years, this country has felt like a dark place, a hole that has only brought me pain. Most of my life i belonged nowhere. But now, I’m ready to break free and start my healing journey through travel. I’m seeking your support to help me embark on this path of renewal, self-discovery, and peace. Any contribution will go a long way toward helping me escape these dark times and find the light again. I long dreamed of breaking free from the “concrete jungle” of Bratislava, Slovakia, in search of a life that truly aligns with my passions.

Growing up in a place where dreams often felt stifled, I struggled to find the path as a creative individual.
My journey towards self-discovery has not been easy, marked by moments of doubt and frustration, but my determination has never wavered.

I delved deeper into dance and meditation, discovering new ways to connect with myself and the world around me.
However, as much as I thrived in these practices, Bratislava no longer felt like the right environment for my growth.
The bustling city, with its fast-paced lifestyle, made it difficult for me to nurture my creativity.
I longed for a change of scenery, a place where I could focus on my passions and explore new cultures.

This is when the idea of traveling began to take shape.

I realized that to truly grow as an artist, I needed to step outside my comfort zone and immerse myself in different experiences.

I set my sights on Malta, Turkey, and Prague—places known for their rich histories, vibrant arts scenes, and spiritual practices.
Each destination would offer me something unique:

Malta’s tranquil landscapes for reflection, Turkey’s deep-rooted traditions for inspiration, and Prague’s artistic communities for collaboration.

But making this dream a reality comes with financial challenges.

Traveling for a year requires significant resources, and I need support to cover my travel expenses, accommodation, and program fees.

Despite the obstacles, I am determined to pursue this journey of self-discovery and personal development.

My goal is to raise €16,000, which will enable me to fully immerse myself in these transformative experiences.

Every donation will help me escape the confines of Bratislava and embark on a journey that promises to enrich not only my life but also the lives of those she encounters along the way.

Through cultural exchange and creative exploration, I hope to give back to the communities I visit and inspire others to follow their passions.
