My Travel Story

My name is Belkys and the boys in the pictures are my two sons, John and Jordan. We have been the 3 Musketeers for the last 13 years and this is the 1st time that we'll be going on a vacation. This is a dream come true for us! Both my boys graduated this year in May of 2023. John graduated from High School with High Honors and Jordan graduated from 8th grade as Valedictorian. They are both super hardworking, smart young men and they are my greatest pride and joy. To say that I am proud of them would be an understatement. They have been challenged and have prevailed. 

Jordan was diagnosed with Autism before he turned 2 years old. He was non-verbal and received countless hours of speech & ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services. Jordan has worked hard and overcame so much to become everything that God created him to be. He graduated as the Valedictorian of his class and gave a speech that was truly inspiring! He has come so far! This year was extra challenging for him because he started passing out at school and home and after countless hospital and doctor visits, we had a diagnosis and treatment plan. He was able to stand proudly and give his speech. After everything he's been through it makes me beyond grateful. 

John also worked hard to graduate high school with high honors and received multiple awards in recognition of his achievements. He did this while helping others with tutoring and working to help pay for his school tuition. His dedication to working hard to reach his goals inspires me daily. 

Both my boys were in the National Juniors Honor Society and National Honor Society. This means they have to not only excel academically but they must volunteer throughout the year as well. 

Because of their hard work, our goal is to go to Europe in November 2023. Specifically to Spain and Rome. This is a dream that requires funds to cover the costs of travel and expenses in Europe. As a single mother of 2 boys for the last 13 years, I have worked to provide for them and make sure they have what they need but this special trip is where I say, I need help. This is one thing that I can't do on my own and I'm asking for your help. Please help us celebrate their hard work, their graduation, and the dream of the 3 Musketeers. Thank you!
