My Travel Story

I am 24 years old, and a single mother and sole provider of 3 baby girls, all under 6 years old.
I have huge goals for my children, and despite the hardships I face now & while growing up, I have provided them everything they need while keeping them happy and healthy. I am a strong believer in God, and doing things the right & honest way.
My father passed away unexpectedly when I was 12, which left me absolutely heartbroken, and my mother has been in various abusive relationships as I grew up. I used school and sports as my main go-to and when I could. I threw myself into working while in high school. 

 I was motivated to move out of my mothers situation and I vowed to be better, and I did. I have been on my own sense 18 and I have not had a support system sense. It has been very hard but I was always employed.
I always worked full-time through all three of my pregnancies, and the newborn stages with all three children till just recently.

Despite the abusive situations I have faced with their father, I have always made a way no matter what.
Currently their father is in Prison for violent charges towards me. Unfortunately, I have had to call the police on him various times sense I have met him. I have not been with him for years, But I still fear his presence, and this makes my job as a mother even harder when I have nobody to protect me and I have to hold all the duties on my own.
I have faced many challenges along my journey, but I am the most motivated and strongest mama you will ever meet. I believe this grant will offer me the best opportunity to get these girls a safe home and to repair the car so we are able to commit back to our regular daily life- once again.
