My Travel Story
My name is Richard, and I'm reaching out to you with an exciting and heartfelt request. I've always dreamed of exploring the wonders of the world and experiencing different cultures, landscapes, and adventures. Life is short, and I've compiled a bucket list of dream trips that I hope to embark on. However, due to illness, I've had to put these dreams on hold for a long time. Now, as I recover and regain my strength, I need a little help to make these dreams come true.
Why This Means So Much to Me:
Traveling has always been a passion of mine. It's not just about seeing new places; it's about the experiences, the people I meet, and the memories I create.
I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis at 18, and I've struggled with this condition for many years. In October 2023, my health took a severe turn, and I was rushed to the hospital. After a two-week stay, I'm finally started to feel better. Now, I'm excited to say that I feel well enough to start my life anew.
Unfortunately, my illness has kept me from exploring the world for years. But I believe that with a little support, I can turn these long-held dreams into reality and finally live the adventures I've always envisioned.
My Bucket List Includes:
1. Exploring the Northern Lights in Iceland - Witnessing the mesmerizing auroras is a spectacle I've always longed to see.
2. Safari Adventure in Kenya - Experiencing the incredible wildlife and the beautiful savannahs of Africa.
3. Visit a volcano - Experience the awesome power of mother nature
4. Touch six out of the seven continents
5. Sleep at an ice hotel - and try not to freeze
6. Visit the Wonders of the World - From The Great Pyramids to The Colossus of Rhodes, lets try to visit them all and experience the history of the world.
7. Visit the Roman Colosseum - Visit where the ancient Romans held there gathering.
8. Cruising the World - Embarking on several different cruises to experience multiple destinations and cultures in a series of unforgettable journeys.
