My Travel Story

Luna began her Aviation journey April 6th, 2024 with an EAA Young Eagles flight. Since then, she has attended many aviation breakfasts, events, and related volunteer projects. What she didn't know, is that her mom wanted to be a pilot as a kid, too!

Together, she and her mom add to her Pilot Potential as often as possible. They aren't afraid to get dirty cleaning planes, get wet moving coolers at events, drive to airports, or spread the word about how great the aviation community is.

This year, with some help from their friends, they want to head to the world's biggest General Aviation convention, AirVenture! They want to go wander with wonder in the community, meet even more people, and share fantastic experiences along the way.

    We're announcing it here first... we have our first logo! Though we're still feeling out how we want Pilot Potential to grow as a page, we couldn't wait to show off what one of our fans made. This design will be available with other text in the future. The at-home vinyl cutter can do this design with about a 4-inch wingspan.
