Vacation/Personal Trip

My wife and I work opposite schedules, 12 hours shifts. My wife is a first responder and I'm an engineer. As well as a pastor. So my wife and I spent all our time helping people and very little time for our selves. With our kids, bills, and life we don't have a lot of free money to spend on a vacation. So here I am asking for help, so I can surprise my wife for our anniversary.
