My Travel Story
Good day everyone. My name is Nestor III. I am originally from the Philippines and now currently residing in Australia for a student visa. I am taking Certificate III and Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery plus Diploma of Hospitality Management .
Studying culinary arts will help me expand my horizons in many ways. Not only will it help me become a professional chef, it will give me a deeper appreciation for food as culture, food as art, health and more, all of which I can pass on to my customers through my own culinary efforts.
Chefs play an important role in building community through food. We will bring people together to share a meal and create memories. Chefs who use their platform to support local farmers and producers, promote sustainable practices and give back to their communities inspire others to do the same.
Studying Commercial Cookery and Diploma in hospitality Industry can open the door to a wide range of career opportunities in the food industry.
Whether you're interested in working in a restaurant, hotel, catering company, or even starting your own business, there are plenty of options available to you.
I choose to study here in Australia because it is known for the most delicious foods in the world, and here you can see a variety of cuisines influenced by different countries too. So studying commercial cookery in Australia will help students learn the tips and tricks which Australian chefs use to produce quality products.
