I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you on my behalf as a student at Harborside Academy, as I am excited to announce a unique opportunity for students to participate in an educational trip to Bali, Indonesia, this coming January 2026. This trip will allow students to immerse themselves in the rich culture, history, and natural beauty of Bali, while also learning about environmental sustainability, cultural preservation, and global perspectives. I will also be giving back to the Balinese community while thereby doing service learning.
As with any school trip, I am seeking financial support from generous community members like yourself to help ensure that every student can participate, regardless of their financial situation. The total cost of the trip includes airfare, accommodations, educational excursions, and other necessary expenses. We are aiming to raise $1,000 to help offset costs and provide scholarships to students who may need financial assistance.
