My Travel Story
Greetings Sponsor,
I am Jernelle Williams from Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean. I would like to seek sponsorship to attend a 2024 Pathfinder Camporee in Gillette, Wyoming, USA, which takes place next year 5th to 11th August 2024.
This is an event which is hosted Seventh-day Adventist Church Pathfinder clubs in the USA, which usually invites international attendees every 5 years.
It is somewhat of a huge undertaking but I would like to attend with my Pathfinder club who will be having other delegates. However I would need to seek sponsorship on my own.
I would need to get assistance with the following expenses to get a U.S. visitors visa from Barbados which is currently the application center for Caribbean area. This will include travel ticket to Barbados (about US$430 roundtrip) along with the cost for visa application (US$315). The main cost for the event would include US$225 for the individual ticket to attend with US $1,500 travel and additional US$500 for spending expenses.
