My Travel Story

For the last 9 years of my life, I went on independent travels in the USA, Europe and Asia, taught Russian language and culture in America and Italy, and worked as an onboard guide on cruises in Russia for foreigners.

A trip on the Trans-Siberian Railway was an old dream of mine, but now it has a goal - to create a website with a full description of the route, impressions and recommendations for everyone who wants to repeat the trip in whole or in part.

Goals:
- Keeping an online travel diary on social networks
- Creation of a website with a description of the route, maps of places to visit and expenses - Processing of materials for an English-speaking and Italian-speaking audience (to popularize the destination among foreign tourists)

In addition, I will, whenever possible, visit nearby unobvious sights that, in my opinion, are worthy of attention. Plus, streaming the trip online will allow me to meet the locals and see cities through their eyes.

My interests include: constructivism, local history, industrial architecture (factories and hydroelectric power plants), photography, folk art and local cuisine.

This project is based only on my adventurism and free principles, so any financial support will help me not only to calmly deal with it - after all, I need to simultaneously inspect cities, shoot, write and organize long-distance movements - but also upon my return do a huge amount of work on creating a website, processing materials and translate them into foreign languages. And any excess of the indicated amount will allow me to visit more cities and places, and therefore tell more stories.

The amount is indicated based on my initial calculations and a ready-made trip map, which now needs to be tested in battle:
1. Minimum travel and accommodation costs ($ 730)
2. Local transport, meals, visiting museums (270 $)
3. Site commissions ($ 50)
