One year ago my dad and I went to Salzburg because we wanted to go fishing on a big lake. The weather was very nice.

We took the fishing rods out of our car and cast them. After ten minutes a little fish was on the fishing rod of my father. In the beginning I was very bored, but suddenly a very big fish bit on my rod. Now I was very excited. It took a very long time to take the fish out of the lake. My father stood next to me with the fishing net. After half an hour I managed to pull out the fish. I was very proud because the big carp weighed about eight kg. After two hours my father also caught a fish, it was even bigger than mine. Three hours later we went home again. We were very, very proud of our carps.

The next day we invited our grandparents and my mum cooked the fish. They tasted very good.
