My Travel Story

Our trip went differently than planned—with big and tiny adventures, a longer stay in Germany instead of continuing on to Portugal, saying goodbye to my Van Camilla....Olena and I had a lot of nourishing german food, touching contacts with my friends and lots of time in nature.
Now we're on our way back to Scotland and are faced with unexpected costs: visa fees and the associated longer waiting/travel time back to our beloved Scotland.

    Change of Plans and A Journey of Love
    I'm very grateful to everyone who has supported me on my journey so far! The support of you all helped me so much! This trip turned out differently than expected and planned.
    I decided not to continue on to Portugal. I was worried about the 40-45 degree Celsius temperatures (Just 30 degrees in Germany felt too much for Olena and me!) , and on the drive from Scotland to Germany, I realized that I didn't want to travel to Portugal by car – although that would have been good for an overnight stay in Tamera during that time.
    So I decided to stay longer in Germany, do some mini-adventures with an electric cargo bike and on foot – and enjoy the warm weather and the good food.
    I changed my car because my old lady Camilla had too many issues and was getting more and more expensive with the insurance.

    And then I realized:
    It is not only one journey- it is just my life. A Journey to a deeper connection to myself, Joy and self-determination - a Journey of Love.

    Ich danke allen sehr, die mich bisher auf meiner Reise unterstützt haben! Diese Reise verlief nun anders als gedacht und geplant.
    Ich habe mich entschieden nicht nach Portugal weiterzufahren - Ich hatte Sorge mit den 40-45 Grad Temperaturen und habe auf der Fahrt von Schottland nach Deutschland gemerkt, dass ich nicht mit dem Auto nach Portugal reisen möchte - was jedoch für die Übernachtung in dem Zeitraum in Tamera gut gewesen wäre.
    So entschied ich mich länger in Deutschland zu bleiben, einige Mini- Abenteuer mit einem Elektro-Lastenrad und zu Fuß zu unternehmen- und das warme Wetter und das gute Essen zu genießen.

    Einwas wurde mir während dieser Reisezeit klar: Es ist nicht nur eine Reise mit einem Start- und Zielpunkt, es ist mein Leben. Eine Reise zu einer tieferen Verbindung mit mir selbst, zu Lebensfreude und Eigenmacht- A Journey of Love
