Hi, i'm Valeria and i'm from a small city in Mexico. i'm trying to raise funds so i can go study to Italy a masters in art and culture management.

When i finished my bachelors it was december 2020, we were mid pandemic and i lost both of the jobs i had at that time. Early 2021 i needed surgery for my endometriosis which i had in march, unfortunatley it wasn't succesfull so i had a second surgery that same year in october; i didn't have insurance so i spent my life savings on both of the surgeries. After many years struggling with my mental health i attempted suicide january 1st 2022, wich led to me being hospitalized for a while and completely drainig all of the money i had left.

It hasn't been easy, i don't share this to gain pity and infact it's very difficult for me to ask for any kind of help. i'm trying to motivate my self to keep living and to find things that help me do so; i always wanted to study art and create a business out of it. i've been a musical theater actress for over 15 years now and i work with a non profit to bring free theater shows to children of precarious situations; i've also been an art teacher for over 10 years because i hope that art is accesible to all.

With the money you donate i will be able to study the career of my dreams and also help motivate me that life is worth living.

All the expenses are listed down here (In Mexican pesos):
School monthly payment (7 months remaining) $6000 per month.
Flight (Round trip) $17000 - $22000 (aprox).
Rent and expenses (12 months) $6000 - $7000 per month (aprox).

  • Denied Scholarships.

    Denied scholarships.
    I enrolled to RBS in January this year, and since my enrollment i have been aplying to every financial suport and scholarship i could find. To be honest there weren't that many to beging with. So my last hope was to trust the resources from my country which denied my request, several times and now i am in a bind to get money ASAP. I just want to study and do what i love.

    i would also like to add that this was the last refusal of the scholarship and did not specify what was wrong with my documents or anything else.
