Two Worlds Apart
A Woman Rising Between the Seen and the Unseen

I’m answering a call that has been dormant for over a decade —
to heal through the body, walk the earth’s energy grids,
and become a vessel for transformation.

I am Sienna Rae aka (Samantha)
For years I lived between two worlds — outwardly capable, inwardly unraveling.
I survived silently. I endured privately. And then, slowly, something ancient returned.

This journey didn’t begin today.
It began in 2014, the first time my body softened in a yoga class and remembered itself.
It deepened through chronic illness, emotional collapse, identity death, and rebirth.

Now the calling is clear.

I am being led into Yin Yoga, Chinese Medicine, somatic trauma healing, and energy grid work — work that lives in the body, not the mind.

This path begins with formal training, and expands into a six-month inquiry across sacred land portals — places where the earth itself teaches regulation, remembrance, and restoration.

I am not asking for sympathy.
I am answering alignment.

Those who feel this frequency will recognize it.
Support — whether energetic or financial — becomes part of the work itself.

This is healing, spoken aloud.
This is a woman standing in her power.
This is Two Worlds Apart.

Advanced training in embodied and trauma-informed healing
Travel to global energy grid locations for study and integration
The early foundations of a future healing space and community

After this, I will follow a six-month inquiry across global grid points —
the places where the earth hums differently.
I’ll be documenting how the body and the land speak to each other,
and how trauma, truth and light find new pathways.

And yes — I am not walking alone.
I walk this path with my partner — a martial artist, protector and grounding force as we begin building the foundations of a future healing community.

I’m not asking for sympathy — only resonance.

a place of healing, truth-telling and liberation -
beginning in Koh Phangan Thailand, moving east across the Pacific,
and eventually landing in Central America.

This is healing out loud because I nearly died in silence.
This is sovereignty reclaimed.
This is the bridge between two worlds.
