My Travel Story

Hello!

I am going to Arusha Tanzania in May to volunteer in the hospitals. I am going though IVQH, with one of my nursing friends from school. We are both so excited to make a difference in the community in Arusha. 

I believe everyone should have access to healthcare, and I want to play a part in providing that to others. I want to use this experience to show me what healthcare is like in other countries, and how different cultures care for their patients. I love helping others, and I am very appreicative of this opportunity to help where it is most needed. 

I am fundraising to support my 3 week trip to Tanzania. The funds I recieve will be greatly appreciated, and will go towards flights, program fees, vaccinations, and insurance. 

Volunteering in Africa has always been a dream of mine, and I am so beyond excited to be making this dream a reality. I know this experience will be lifechanging, and I am very excited to see what I will learn, what new experiences I will gain, and how God will work through me to support those I am working with. I am always up for new adventures, and I am looking forward to seeing where this one takes me.
