 I'm looking to raise some funds for me and my partner to travel to Vietnam this summer.  His family is originally from Vietnam, but had to flee when the war happened, and he never got to see his home country. He feels that there is a part of him missing since they had to flee the country. I want to surprise him with a trip to Vietnam so that he can see where he came from.  

This will both give us the opporunity to explore where he came from, and learn more about the Vietnamese community.  This would be a once in a lifetime trip, and would mean the world for someone who's orginally from there, but has never been to the country.
