My Travel Story

Becoming a veterinarian was always my professional dream. I was forced to change direction when my son came into the picture when I was 19 years old. I am from a very poor background and do not have a lot of support around me as my mother and father separated and we lost our home to a fire shortly after in 2017. This basically has everyone rebuilding their lives while I try to build one for my son which has required a lot of sacrifice.
As I get older, my passion for helping animals has also increased. I have adopted 2 dogs and 2 cats all have become a part of my family. Being given this opportunity will put me in a position to help persons  with animals who are unable to afford the expensive services of private veterinary care.
I have chosen to study abroad since alot of the courses in my country only cover animal biology but not full degrees for vets.
