I'm raising funds to cover vital travel costs to London for urgent specialist treatment following a life-changing diagnosis: Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency (GHD), linked to a historic brain haemorrhage and now contributing to a complex hormone imbalance known as male menopause (andropause).

This diagnosis explains years of unexplained fatigue, chronic pain, depression, and decline in physical and mental health. London is the only place where I’ve finally been listened to, believed, and offered treatment that could restore quality of life—and I can’t afford to miss these appointments due to travel costs.

For 17 years, I’ve worked in the NHS supporting others, even while my own health silently suffered. I’m passionate about raising awareness for male menopause and GHD—conditions that are rarely recognised but devastating when left untreated.

Getting to these appointments doesn’t just mean personal recovery—it means reclaiming my voice so I can continue speaking up for others, running projects that help people feel seen, and advocating for change in how we support men’s health.
